For All Coordination Packages: (Call or E-mail for Package Prices)


  • At least one coordinator and one assistant will be present for every wedding with 100-299 guests.

  • At least one coordinator and two assistants will be present for every wedding with 300-399 guests.
    • (Additional $50 fee will be incurred.)

  • At least one coordinator and three assistants will be present for every wedding with 400 guests or more.
    • (Additional $100 fee will be incurred.)

  • All weddings with more than 450 guests will require custom packages and pricing.

  • An additional fee of $100 will be added to any wedding/event on a holiday or holiday weekend.
    • (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas.)
